Im so glad you noticed something!! For the best result, do 4 days on, 3 days off. The packs are a mild cleanser, in that they get rid of toxins and whatnot in whatever area you use them. They also absorb cysts, encourage blood flow, and help regulate af. So if you keep at it I'm positive they'll give you great results!!! EPO and Red Raspberry Leaf also help regulate af. Good luck!!

Ok, I have a CRAAAAZY question. Can doing the packs cause you to O twice?? I ask this bc I had a definite O 5 days ago. Lots of EWCM, cramps, sore boobs, lower back pain, etc... DTD alot. Day after O was bone dry. Then YESTERDAY I got slick cm, then the sore boobs, lower back pain, major cramps, and MAJOR TEXT BOOK EWCM AGAIN!!! So, we dtd again. And today I'm completely bone dry again. Here's my thing, I have a hard time Oing once a month. Is it possible that using the c/o packs has somehow helped me O again??

my2, I'm not really sure about ov'ing twice. I always thought that when someone ovulated two follicles (naturally) it was within 12-24 hours of each other. I'm wondering if your body attempted to ovulate the first time you saw ewcm and perhaps this second time you noticed it you actually released the egg. Either way I hope you caught that eggie!!

Unfortunately that's part of the crappy part of PCOS. I know when I've had cycles with more than one 'patch' of ewcm that it's my body trying to release the follicle. If I go to the RE they often find a cyst. However, that's my personal experience. I've heard of other ladies that will have a few patches of ewcm and end up ovulating. Wishing you all the best my2!!

I recently started doing the castor oil packs but was wondering if it is ok to do them along with injectables? I am having the injections done in my belly. Does anyone know about this??
