How's everyone doing? I'm doing so-so. Sorta on plan. Staying within my points but not drinking water (which, for me, equals no loss). Plus, I think the scale is showing the damage I did last weekend. Anyway, trying not to get discouraged. Wanted to be down to 250 by my birthday, but there is no way I can lose 9 lbs in 11 days. Although, I'm gonna try. I have stayed home for two days due to stress. I think I am going to force myself to go outside and take a walk right now. I need to clear my head.

Crazy - hope the walk helps clear your head (plus it is good excersise)

I have stuck to my diet all day so far

Breakfast - small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes (didnt even finish it all lol)
Lunch- muller light fat free yoghurt
Dinner- scrambled eggs , mushrooms , organic cheese and half a tin of beans (nice and healthy plus its filling!)
I will be doing some small amount of walking this evening! Plus maybe even some weights and stretches before bed , but i have school in the morning so i guess i will se how i feel lol!
Hovered the whole house earlier ( 3 bedrooms 2 hallways one bathroom , one extended living room one kitchen and one sun lounge /rat room..)

So i think that counts as some form of excersise ( i was sweating buckets whilst i was doing this!)

My aim is to drop 10 lbs by the 30th of may... if i carry on being as good as i am i know i can drop the weight! if i keep slipping then there is no way i can achieve 10lbs weight loss (chucks i still have 1 lb to lose of damage but once thats gone i can then start my ticker back up! if i hadnt of gained 2 lbs my ticker would of said a 6lb loss ) still u learn from ur mistakes even if i made the slipping mistake a million and one times lol!!!

Do not know where u ladies have gone to but just thought i would say i have been so great for the last two whole days ( 2 days not alot but brilliant considering how i have been which was bad lol)

treat - choc ice
Drink
Glass of pure orange juice
500ml of water
2 coffee..

im around jess... just been busy. I think i may have an infection of some kind. I have 1 hell of a pain on my right side. I am concerned because (possible TMI) my breasts are so sore and I havent seen af since Jan so I dunno whats wrong

Wow, it's been very quiet around here lately.

Jess, I'm glad that you are doing so well.

Makb - I hope you are feeling better.

Right now I am drunk typing. I really need to stop this. Today I went overboard and got *&^%faced drunk. I am embarrassed. I am going to be 39 a week from Monday and I am getting drunk like a dumb 20 year old.

Anyway, I weighed in at 258 today. Not sure how much of a loss that is since I weighed in at work last Friday after lunch and was up to 261 but at my regular meeting on Sunday I was only up to 259.6. Whatever it is, I'll take it. I expected to gain.

I hope everyone had a good weekend and that this week is a good one as well.

Sorry ladies - CRAZY busy here - moving to texas, Megan's tonsils are out, Eddie has diaper rash from hell, and we may have our house sold (called around to agents this afternoon to start interviewing them - a guy got EXCITED when he heard our address and BEGGED me to let him bring a guy by - he's here, wife/kids are coming the end of june - which is when James is starting his job down in Texas...)
