I have just eaten a snack noodle thing (like a cheap version of pot noddle lol) it was ok ish i ate it on impulse then i had my second crunch corner yoghurt of the night lucky im starting again properly tomorrow isnt it !!

Its like 2:05 AM here , this week i put myself in such a good routine since it was the last week of school , but today i took a 2-3 hour nap so im wide awake now!

I am in a chatty mood tonight but no one is on lol!

I went to the respitory/Asthma clinic the other day and i am on a 28 day course of anti histameines (sp?) to see if that helps to control this darn asthma! Its no major asthma but enough to concern the doctor i am on 4 inhalers and now tablets... never mind though

Tomorrow i need to be pro-active , i am thinking get up at some point probably 10am - 11 am i deserve a lay in , then get showered and dressed and go shopping with my mum , then visit my auntie in hosptial! then come home speak to my dad about the big game tomorrow then make a start clearing out my room i need more space and a cluttered room gives me a cluttered mind KWIM?

The dogs are looking at me with tired eyes they wont sleep until i take them to bed , well the German Shepard Ozzy sleeps in the hall way because he is huge he is allowed upstairs but he prefers the hall way because it cooler , Janey the minature Daschund weighs 7lbs and is fully grown lol so she sleeps with me at night usually on the bed with her head on the pillow and body under the coveres she is my baby lol even though she is 4 years old hehe
Anyway i need to stop rambling!
I added some more stuff to my leavers book will post pics soon!

mlover - try taking your measurements 1x a month or so, it will help you figure out if you are really stuck or if it is muscle since muscle will lead to a drop in inches

fula- glad the weather is better

lazy - all those inhalers and tablets seem like major asthma to me. I had it really bad when I was a kid and spent alot of time in the emergency room. take care of yourself and make sure you use those meds properly. Most asthma related deaths are due to misue of meds. Sorry, that was dreary.

I ended the week with a 2.2 lb gain, which was honestly less than I expected since I wilded out all week. Back on the wagon today though. I want this summer to end with me in the 230s, which means at least 20 lbs (a very reasonable loss of 1.25 lbs week).

It's definitely muscle mass. I hopped on the scale this morning and I'm down 1.8 pounds since Friday. My clothes are definitely getting baggier too. For whatever reason, I seem to be on this weird cycle of losing 3-5 pounds, sitting there for a week or so, and then losing 3-5 againg. Bizarre.

I've been doing well for the last two days. Last night was rough because I went home with 18 pts so I was hungry and the veggies and Lean Cuisine only came out to 5 pts, which meant I was still hungry. Ended up eating Reddi Wip again (gotta stop buying that stuff) but stayed under points. Today I am better, only have 12 pts left for dinner. I set a task in my calendar to go off every two hours to remind me to drink water.

Crazy good idea for the reminder to water. During the night i drink up to 2 litres of water throughout the day all in all maybe 2 litres so i dont do bad with water but need to be better with itr and make it a bigger part of my diet
Been really bad again and gaining weight like crazy this morning its been a good start though!
2 crumpits with a dash of butter 175 calories. Then i will have some no added sugar squash which is 4 calories a glass i think and i say thats water to because u make it up with water lol -sorry that turned into a ramble
MaK well done what a achievement! cant wait to be under 300 myself! have a while to go though mind!

Woohoo! I lost! I'm finally down to 240 after being at 245+ for months!
Getting excited about Peru now....only 2 weeks today. I'm still scared though, big adventure!

Congrats Madeleine!

I'm heading down to Atlanta for the weekend to visit a friend. I am nervous because there are about 8 of us going down and we are ALL big girls. My firend is really into Southern cooking so lots of fried stuff. It's going to be hard to eat right, but I'm determined, even if I have to go to the supermarket and get my own stuff.

Today has been a very stressful day. Feel like I am losing my mind. didn't have the best lunch, but if I eat well tonight I can stay in points range. We ordered from a BBQ joint today but I had a house salad and a small chili instead of the ribs I wanted. I am very emotional today so I am trying to exert some control over myself.
