Hi girls,
I LOVE FiberOne Bars - especially the chocately ones. Like you, Mel, I can't eat just one, so I try not to buy them. I also found that Kashi bars have less sugar (not quite as tasty), but I seem to have more control over them - my favorite is the Cherry Dark Chocolate (120 cal, 2g fat, 4 g fiber - I think that's the info that the points girls need).
I've been absent for a while - as soon as I finished school, I just couldn't imagine spending extra hours in the evening on the computer. Now that it's been a couple of weeks, I'm ready to come back.
I'm still doing good - I lost 15.5lbs in May for a total of 26 since I've started. I was down another 1.5lbs until this morning, but I think I ate too much salt, not enough fiber, and just generally, not enough over the weekend.
Do you guys find that? Even if you keep lower than where you're supposed to be - you sometimes gain? I'm actually up those 1.5 lbs after 2 days of only around 1100 calories, whereas I typically consume closer to 1600. I think I had a little too much sugar in those two days
The idea of regaining weight bothers me b/c it just feels like "oh great, here we go again." Just a scary thought. I've never lost weight before and really kept it off.
Granted, I've also never found it this possible to lose weight (thank you, metformin!).
How are you all doing?
