I had a protein drink this morning which has Soy Protein Isolate listed as it 2nd ingreidents, whey is the 1st one listed.
About one hour after I for no reason just got really bad temptered and snappy, I was wondering if it could of been a side effect of the soy?
Also I had creamy/slippery cm this morning but tonight it was really pastey, which I have never really had before could that too be a affect of the soy. I know I have not just O'd.
How does Soy Protein Isolate affect your cm?
I only had 1 drink, which is made of 2 scoops of the Powder.
Please any info on how Soy Protein Isolate has affected you would be very appreciated
