I agree with Kat about dropping by the WLS Divas thread on the buddies forum. Most of us there have had the RNY but there are some who've had lapband placed (some as long as almost 2 years ago). Please drop by and ask more questions.
BTW - did you check out the WLS FAQ at the top of the page?
