Question Laser Hair Removal While Pregnant?

Hi cysters,
Does anyone know if you can or cannot do laser hair removal while pregnant? And if it matters where. I was just thinking the other day that I do maintenance on my face and I'm starting to do my stomach/abs soon also. Not pregnant right now, just wanting to gather info. for down the road. Thanks for any input.
Jean

the lady who did my laser said no that they will not do it if i am pregnant...not that it could harm the baby, but if something does happen to the baby they dont want the person to think it was due to the laser...

My Ob said that it wouldn't be a problem, but I plan on asking the dermatologist who is doing my laser when I go in for my consultation 1/9. I'll let you know what she says.
