Has anyone tried using laser therapy for hair regrowth? I was just at a hair treatment facility and they were telling me that my thinning hair would improve with laser therapy. This is different than lasers for removal of hair. Apparently the cold-beam laser heats the scalp enough to improve circulation and activiate folicles. There is some supportive data on the net that this is effective (85% saw an increase in hair growth). Exsiting hair shafts are supposed to increase 25% in diameter because of the increase in circulation. You can also buy a laser comb and do this at home- but not sure of the effectiveness.

The photos I saw at the hair place of before and after were pretty amazing. Quite an investment, but ... who knows, right? You have to go 2x a week for 1/2 hour for 3 months for the first set, then, depending on your growth, sessions cut back after that.

do you know what the price of this is ? i would love to have hair again mine all came out like an old mans i got hair on my face lost it on my head then gained 55 pounds i keep cheacking to see if any thing is growing i so times think i'am turning into an old man i would love to know more about this treatment.

The place I went to, in Columbus OH, is charging $1350 for a three-month session. I've seen the Laser Comb sold on the web for $650. The clinical trials are all with the headset units, not with the comb, so I'm not sure how effective the comb is.
There must be someone out there who's tried this, right?
