Laser - how long for hair to fall out? Any info on laser appreciated! Hi everyone,
So even though my most recent blood tests showed my testosterone to be normal, I am still having a lot of hair issues - as our sticky post explains! Anyway, after over a year of eletrolysis with disappointing results, I have decided to try laser. I went to the local skin care center this morning and had a consultation and first treatment with an Aurora laser. Has anyone had experience with this type before? I am not sure how it differs from the Lightsheer or any of those, so if you have experience, please tell me your results!
The pain was absolutely nothing. Felt warm and a little pinch but nothing compared to electrolysis and the whole treatment only took about 15 minutes. She did my neck and sideburns and then kicked in my chin as a bonus. It cost $175 which is a little expensive but I got 3 areas for the price of 2 so I guess it's not so bad. My big question is this - for those of you who have done laser, how long until the hair fell out? Also, how did you deal with no plucking! With electrolysis every week the hairs were at least pulled, I don't know if I can make it a whole month without plucking! Thanks for your input.
Lisa
