Default Laser Question

Ive had 4 treatments with incredible results ,all but this last one. Any way I have had minnium pain durring the treatment as well.
This last one my 4th was so much diffrent. Not only was it painful and my face was swollen for a day after. I saw very little results. my question is why of all of a sudden would I react diffrently ? My dr actually thought this would be my last treatmetn except for maintence ones. He will be shocked when he sees me in Jan its coming back lighter and thinner but im back to shaving everyday.
Anyone got any ideas what happened ? The dr was baffled at how I was so sensitive this last time too.

Maybe he had the laser on the wrong setting?
I never had any increased sensitivity that was very noticeable. I did feel at times the treatment wasn't working but now that it's over I can see it did work well.

I think maintenance after 4 treatments is unrealistic. It usually takes 6 - 8 treatments spaced 8 weeks apart to clear all the hair on your face. You might want to look at the FAQ sticky at http://cosmeticenhancementsforum.com...wforum.php?f=3.

As to your skin reacting differently this time, had you been exposed to the sun or changed medicines? They usually raise the intensity each time you have a treatment, so maybe you the intensity this last time was more than your skin can tolerate.

There is some belief that laser hair removal may stimulate hair growth, especially on the face. There are discussions about it on the forum I mentioned above. There are a couple of laser hair removal technicians on the forum, and if you post over there, they will give you some good information.
