Default laser question

i recently had IPL on my lower legs. i was tired of shaving and still seeing those little black dots....... i'm sure everyone knows what i mean. So, it's been about one month since my first treatment, and i have noticed a huge difference in hair growth, but i still have the black dots!!!!!!! I am frustrated because this is the reason i got it done in the first place!!!!! So, my question is- what can i expect to happen with continued treatment? has anyone else experienced this? i would really appreciate some input......
i'm hoping for good news!!!

It's very possible that these are dead hairs stuck in the follicle. They are called pepper spots. I had a few of these on my chin after my first treatment and shed. My tech warned me that they might be there, especially if I shaved the area after LHR. You can help them work out by exfoliating and moisturizing everyday. I also can get a few out by squeezing the area like a little pimple, the dead hair will kind of just ooze out of the skin. If none of those work, the laser will burn them up at your next treatment. It's only temporary

Also, laser doesn't affect 'all' of the hair each session. Just those in the active growth phase. That's why you have to go back for several sessions - to catch the hairs once they've entered the proper phase to be affected by laser.

That happened to me when i was having laser. I would just give them a gentle squeeze and they would pop right out.
