For those of you who've had fertility treatment of any sort...who managed it for you?

Thankfully i only needed metformin to get pregnant with my eldest but it wasn't so easy with my second. I was really lucky though and my GP, who used to be a gynae, prescribed me with clomid and did some serious monitoring for four cycles til I got pregnant.

Just think it will be interesting to compare experiences in this way as separate thread for different aspects will make it easier to assess...

hi my gp referred me to the fertility clinic and they done all the further tests/laparoscopy/clomid/injections etc, it was also the fertilty clinic who dealt with my miscarriage and arranged the d&c and everything, ive not seem my regular gp for about 3 years come to think of it lol

would you like a stickie about fertility treatment in the uk?? Or a list for drs?? or anything else, really. that can be made , if you want If you wanted, you could start a thread - and i could 'stickie' if for you. No pressure!! Dont have to do it.

my Gp wouldnt prescribe me met or clomid so had to go to endo for met then gynae for clomid!! looks like youve been lucky paddy!
