hi all--i am currently on vitex/dq/sp have had 2 cycles on them 1st was 49 days second was 47. This cycle I was charting since day 1 and using opk day 28-38-result nothing no temp rises or positives on opk. I stopped temping and using opk after day 38 and was on the wait for af to arrive around day 47 or so.

Well today is day 43 and when I went to the bathroom this afternoon I had tons of cm. Now I am really frustrated--because I will not know if this is related to Ovultaion or not-- seeing I stopped temping and opk. My other symptoms were a headache today and acne starting 2 days ago.

Could this be "O"?? Is there any other way of knowing??

Well all i can say is yes it could be ovulation. I got pregnant this time after ovulating around day 40-43. All i can say is bed down and then wait. Good luck!

Last week I thought I was pg (I am taking Vitex) especially after having an increase in CM - unfortunately AF arrived. So, it could be O or it could be the dreadful AF.

I too experienced a headache and acne.
