Angry Late period on clomid?

Hi all,
I am new to PCOS and Clomid (2 months). I was under the impression that you can't have a late period on Clomid, that it regulates you just like birth control pills do. And here I am, three days late. Anyone else have this experience? Tell me I'm not alone!

Are you positive that you o'd? The first few months I was on clomid I didn't o, so my period never came. I had to induce it with Provera. If you are sure that you o'd, have you tested yet? Keeping my fingers crossed that you get a +!

Hope this helps

Michelle

Hi Michelle,
I'm so new to the trying to get pregnant/clomid thing - how do I know if I've ovulated?
My ob takes my blood on day 21. My progesterone was good first month (16.5), lousy this month (9.6). I wonder if one of my ovaries is just stronger. Hopefully I'll get that one going again this month - going up to 100 mg of clomid.
Definitely won't get a + this month - dr says that I am absolutely not pregnant (blood test yesterday, no hcg), but I'm looking forward to next month!

I have taken clomid twice and haven't Oed on it yet, so I never got af from it. I've had to induce mine with provera too. My doc told me that if you do O you will either get pg or af. There is no other option, unless you did not O. Melissa
