Default LD or LDH Test

Ok, last month I went for blood work, cause my GYN wanted a starting point since she was putting me on Spiro. I went and had this done. I got a call a week later that instead of testing my LH they tested my LD. So I went back and had my LH done. A week later I get another phone call....my LD (the one they did by accident) came back abnormal. It was 245 which normal is between 100 and 190. They told me I needed to make an appointment with my primary dr asap. I have not done this yet.

I did some research online and everytime I typed in LD blood test it came up with stuff about LDH....and they said they used this test for someone who they suspected might have had a heart attack, and its also used for other stuff like testing for Mono, liver problems and such. I haven't made an appointment with my primary doctor yet. I guess maybe because I am afraid, and I know I will be put through every test imaginable, and I really can't afford that right now. Everyone I have talked to told me that is my cholestrol level....its not, I already looked that up. Has anyone else had these test results to come back high, and if so what was the outcome? Is it typical in PCOS? I don't really feel sick. BUT, I am having cramps again (and they are getting worse), I do have symptoms of IBS, and I am tired all the time, but I can't sleep.

Any advice or personal experience is greatly appriciated. Oh, and sorry if this is in the wrong spot.
