My Mood: Points: 6,870.35 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 6,870.35 | Leaking Breast I'm just entering my seventh month, and I've been leaking colostrum for the last two weeks. Is this normal? So many women have told me none of that happened until after the baby born. I haven't seen my doctor since I started leaking, so I thought maybe some of you could help before I call and ask! Don't worry!
And while not leaking during pregnancy doesn't mean you won't have milk, leaking is a pretty good indicator that you will! YAY!

I am only 5 months and have started leaking, again, everyone said it's completely normal. Even my OB said it's fine. She did say though that I should wear a bra even at night (i usually come home from work and take it off asap) because leaking tooooo much can stimulate preterm labor. I only leak when I have my bra off. Must be the weight of these huge melons LOL

I wouldn't leak a lot with DD, but I would get some leaking about every other day - never enough to wet my bra, but I would notice it on my nips. I've heard of lots of women leaking that early though.

My Mood: Points: 6,870.35 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 6,870.35 | Thank you guys so much! I haven't been told I should always wear a bra. It makes sense though, because I only leak when the bra comes off. It's horrible though, b/c of the itching and my nipples swell so much I think they are gonna explode! I'll try wearing my bra all the time, I definately do NOT want preterm labor... |

It's very normal and for me, has happened earlier with each pregnancy. The only time I don't wear a bra is when I am sleeping, I don't leak as much at night as I would during the day walking around though.
