Since me and DH already have an adoption homestudy and a adoption attourney can we place a add in the news paper looking for a pregnant lady who wants to give her baby up for adoption or is this against the law? To me it seems like a waste of time going thru an agency and could save people so much money.

Cool. I had to pay for my homestudy which I have so I dont see why I cant. Maybe I should conatact my attourney that helped us with Joshua.

Check with your state. Some states it is illegal to post ads in papers and some it is not.
