The Westin in the Bahamas has one with a special stew that the locals supposedly swear by (I think it has kelp and pumpkin in it). Last year we went on an unofficial procreation vacation and I just got more stressed out thinking of the money we were spending lying on an expensive beach that we could've been putting toward other things. I'm more in favor of 'Staycations' these days (take time off, enjoy hanging around the house).
