Hi everyone,
My Re wants to try Letrozole on me this first cycle with him (I switched RE) while my dh is on leave. Has anyone tried this? What was your reaction to it? Did you O on it? anything would be helpful. Thanks in advance. I'm complining a list of questions to ask at my next visit in two weeks.

I never O'd on Clomid but I did on Letrozole (Femara). The side effects were also less when I took the letrozole than I had on clomid. I would go for it and see how you respond.

Femara is WONDERFUL.. My Dh and I had been TTC for almost 4 years with NO luck.. I have PCOS BAD! Took Femara 2.5 mg on CD 3-7.... Got My BFP the first month of taking it!!!! Do the Femara....
Thanks ladies. I will keep y'all updated. I was nervous about trying since, the clomid didn't work for me and I didn't want to spend time worrying about while dh is home on leave. He's all for this cycle so we're hoping it works. I wanted to start acupuncture to help, but stupid army missed up his pay...again (i'm saving all my funds for a celebration when this cycle works)

p.s. what did yall do to keep from being nervous and stressed during this time? also, did yall have to take baby aspirin or progestorone (sorry it's late)?

To be honest, been through 16 medicated cycles, O'd one time on the Femara and NEVER got pregnant. I rarely O but when I do, seem to get pregnant. I guess I am just lucky cause DH has an extremely high sperm count so when there's an egg to catch, he does!

my dh has everything except high morph and I never o b/c I never get af so i'm hoping femara will work for us.
