Her second was born not long after. Few would have thought she would ever have kids after being TTC on and off since her 20s. God gives three answers- Yes, No, or Wait. You might be getting a "wait" answer right now, as my cousin was. I'm glad you have given your desires over to God. His hands are the best place to put things most precious to us.
I'm continually learning there is so much to learn about the Bible. It seems the more classes I take, the more chapters I read, the more Christians I talk to I feel like I'm still ignorant of so much concerning Scripture, church history and how God works. At school there was a teacher who said he knew some about the Bible, but that year he wanted to know the God of the Bible. I was so amazed. That man had written commentaries used by pastors all over the world, and he felt like there was so much more to know about God.

DH keeps me studied up, because he loves for us to study and debate/discuss certain Bible topics. One thing that is great about studying Scripture is that it's an ongoing progress. There is always something new to discuss or study. If you have never read the Bible through cover to cover, I encourage you to do so. That really put things in order for me. It was easier to see the flow of Scripture going through it in order. Before that I almost never got an A in Bible class, and sometimes just barely passed.

My DH bought it for me for Christmas and I haven't really started yet.. It gives you assisgnments and things to jot down to help keep the information in your brain.. The concept sounds nice... I am trying to finish John 3:16 right now... It is wonderful!

Yep, we usually agree, but once in a while we end up talking for hours on one subject. We just can't let it drop till we agree, lol.
Our Christian schools in this area are reasonable, but those are often much stricter in rules. The one we realy want for DD is so expensive it's out of the question right now. I was the only person in either side of my family to go from Kindy to college all in Christian schools. I wouldn't send DD anywhere else. If we cannot afford Christian school, DD will be homeschooled.
The Southern Baptist Convention keeps rejecting the measure to encourage all parents to send their kids to Christian schools and all churches to start Christian schools so kids can go at no cost to the parents.
