Heidi- A new verse thread sounds cool to me 
I figure we are paying for DH's school loans with our tax refund (if we get one this year). If we were not, I would put it aside for DD's schooling. I know it sounds expensive, but when compared to other things in most people's budgets it's not realy that expensive per month. Most people have car payments higher than that (I think Christian schools you pay 10 monthly installments for the year). $4000 broken down into 10 months is $400 per month, or $100 per week. If you get $2000 back in your taxes and put it aside for tuition, that's only $50 per week you have to have for the cheaper Christian schools.

Heidi: i think that's a great idea and i'm for it! do you want to start it?
Jash: come to think about it, you're right and it's probably one of the best investments a parent can offer their children in their education. you know what, as a child i always wanted to be a elementary school teacher, now i would love to be a christian one.

LU has a great teaching program, one of the best around from what I understand.
I am very greatful to my parents for sacrificing so I could get a good Christian education. We were poor, but they kept me in Christian school.

Jash: it's so awesome how God shapes our futures and puts the right people in our lives to share with. i am also grateful to God for my Dh, he always supported me even when he was not a christian and now that he is, he submits to God and Christ has strengthen our marriage like never before. i remember that my Dh didnt know how to pray, and now, i am happy when he prays with authority and faith, there really is a transformation when Christ comes to live in us.
