Default LH and FSH

Hello everyone.
I just researched that during you mid cycle the LH surges(signaling an ovulation) but does FSH also surges or is that something different. I am trying to educate myself... so ur feedback would be appreciated.

thanks.

Yeah, they both spike, but LH massively so, and FSH to a lesser extent. I used to work with a reproductive endo (but with endangered species...THAT'S a long story), however, it's been a really long time. From what I remember, there's a jump in both at ovulation. I'm sure someone here can elaborate!

I found a chart with a good (but very technical) explanation on it. Here ya go.

Of course the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you--if you don't play, you can't win.

Would a picture Help? Try this http://www.rnceus.com/hormone/cycle9.html - note that is what things are supposed to look like in a normal cycle.
