 LH and FSH Levels
Hi All,
Not really new to PCOS or the boards, but for the life of me I cant figure out what my hormones should be. I have read it should be 1:1 and people with PCOS are normally 1:3. But my math is bad, and I am just not sure if I am looking at my levels the right way (I think they are normal?).
My levels are as follows:
LH = 2.2
FSH = 2.8
Can anyone just tell me i this is normal levels (what I have been trying to achieve) or abnormal levels?
