I am thankful for life. I take time to smell the flowers (literally) and I love looking at the sky and breathing in breaths of fresh air. I imagine being a shut in or so unhappy or even close to death or very ill---then I get a surge of being so thankful and lucky. That I can breath fresh air, and listen to the birds. And thank God for giving me another day.

I have been disappointed, sad, very ill, not fertile, extremley overweight, hurt etc.

But I have also been rewarded, given second chances, good outcomes, and full of life.

I still have so much to improve---such as my weight. And now PCOS. But along the way I am thankful--very.
