Anyone out there go to Dr. Chistine Stevens in Lincoln, NE. If so, please let me know what your experices are with her. She was recommended to me by a friend of my family. I was told she suffers from PCOS too. I went to her, but I am a little frustrated because all she did so far is recommend that I use the GI diet and exercise. I've been monitoring my blood pressue daily in hopes that she will put me on birth control when it is in the safe range. I really need someone to help me balance my hormones. I feel like I'm going crazy. |
