There seems to be more talk of light therapy lately....so I thought I might mention this. Costco has started carrying goLITEs. In the States, they're about $145US and in Canada, they're about $185CDN.
I bought mine in the states, and a few days after I got it they started carrying them up here....go figure! If you want to look at the site, it's at:

Anyways, they're much less expensive than at say, a drugstore. I've seen LiteBooks for about $280CDN, so the goLITE at Costco is much cheaper. I've only been using mine for a couple days, but it's simple to use and very small/compact. It also comes with a padded carrying case.
