Kegel muscles! Ha!

I just watched a re-run of Sex and the City the other day where they talked about that.

Maybe this is too personal but, do you find that the exercises actually work?

i practice my kegal muscles all the time now..im practicing right now..i notice a HUGE difference now when im using my kegals and when im not...it feels sooo much better when i use them when im with my hubby or with my um battery operated boyfriend haha..i wanna buy those smart balls or something to see if maybe i can strengthen them just a little more
