I dont know if it is elitist but i called around today and could tell who knew about PCOS and better reactions by reffering to pcos by the name Stein-Leventhal Syndrome. Also some doctors were willign to tell me that they would research it because they were not familiar with it! AMAZING! Totally different reaction from when I asked how familiar they were with pcos! We will see if I was just having a good day! Just a word to the wise - makes no sense but today I was amazed!
