List of foods that DO NOT mix w/Met?

I have had these pills for more than three months and I've just been afraid to take them b/c of the GI side effects. I did go on this, briefly, in 2002 and my panic attacks returned so I got off of it. Up to that point, I hadn't had any GI side effects, but it was a low dose.

Now I need it more than ever b/c I weigh so much more than I did back then and my periods aren't regular like they used to be. We want to start TTC #2 in a few months ... so needless to say, the clock is ticking.

Is there a website or other document somewhere that has compiled a list of foods that are particularly rough on the GI when taken with Met?

I don't know about a website...but I have found that I can not eat ice cream. It tears me up! Everything I ate for the first two weeks made me sick, but now it only appears to be certain things. Another thing is that I tried to drink some alcohol on New years and ended up getting VERY sick from the Met.

Salad or just lettuce in general makes me so sick! I end up in the bathroom most of the day i know thats gross but true!!

I think it differs for everyone. McDonalds does not agree with me....Also I find at different times different food effects me. Like last month I could not touch any kind of salad but now I can eat as much as I like.
