Literature Focused on The Thin Cyster?

Hi all! It seems like most of the literature that I find on polycystic ovarian syndrome is about the obese cyster. In most sources if they do refer to thin and even underweight cysters it is a relative footnote. Considering this, I wondered if you might have an idea of where I could find sources that are focused on the thin cyster and the treatment and maintenance of PCOS in the thin cyster.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

I truly believe this is an area that needs much more attention. Several of my literature sources indicate that up to 1/2 of PCOS patients are not overweight! So, why are we neglected?

Hey, I just thought about the fact that up to 40% of people in countries like the USA and Australia are considered overweight... which would mean that the incidence of overweightness(?) in pcosers is possibly not that much greater than the general population... hmmm...
