Hi. I don't usually post prayer requests, but this family I know is in dire straights and asked that everyone who prays lift up their son. So here goes...
Grayden, 9, has had leukemia and has relapsed again. He had a bone marrow transplant, but although the graft has taken it is, for some odd reason, not releasing the white blood cells into his blood stream to do their job. That means he's battling a couple of horrible infections, and if his body doesn't start fighting them soon, he will die. They almost lost him last night. The infections are terrible and nasty and he feels awful, but for now the real issue is his body needs to start fighting the infections.
So if you could pray for him, that the white blood cells would go to the infections and fight for him, so that he can live, that would be much appreciated.
Of course, he is in the hands of God, and God will care for him, but God also asks us to bring things before him in prayer that are on our hearts.

I'm sorry it took so long for me to update. I heard when the board was messed up and forgot to post when I was back on again. Here goes.
Thank you to all of those who commented and prayed. His white blood cells HAVE MOVED to his blood stream and are currently at levels almost DOUBLE a healthy person. Now those cells have to get to work and kick butt on the infections.
So thanks again and although he still has a lot ahead of him, he's on the road to being able to get better.
