 A little help regarding Migraines
I was just curious as to see if any of you cysters have migraines and what you do about it. I get them sometimes, but DBF gets them often. He has tried Cafergot, which only made it worse, Maxalt is non-formulary on his insurance (his co-pay was almost $50.00 for 6 pills...we are both students and can't afford that!) and Imitrex made him drowsy (which he complained about). I was thinking about Topamax, but one of it's side effects is drowsiness. I was wondering if there was anything herbal he could buy like a vitamin or mineral that may assist in preventing them? Any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
