Hey there, well you guys gots 2 read this because I'm on a mission people, I'm on a mission!


Check it out here at my blog on myspace. it's about how these diet "miracles" are causing horrible health problems and spawning an ignorant wave of vanity-over-health and how I'm boycotting them! Please get the message to whomever will listen (i'm sure you have friends that will be interested) and though it may not be a huge boycott it is for the sake of helping other people to use more safe ways of weight loss which im sure no one can argue with i dont expect the boycott itself to hurt any companies but to hopefully inspire some people who are trying to pop pills that dont work or may be deadly to try doing it on their own. plus those commercials really incense me with their ideas of vanity and lack of focus on health.

I fully agree that being HEALTHY is what is most important. It's good to have people who are passionate about this stuff, keep it up!
