I tried the liver cleansing diet about 4 yrs ago.
Its a really healthy diet but I found it VERY expensive, as it suggests going all organic and some of the health foods in it were costly aswell. I lost a tiny bit of weight but definitely not a significant amount. I did feel and look healthier though and I found the diet fairly easy (it depends on whether you're used to mainly vegetarian eating though) but I have never been able to get back on it
I found the weight watchers points plan the easiest way for me to lose weight.
