Is anyone having trouble after hitting the send button and the page keeps trying to load? When I go back into the Message Board and click on the thread subscription, my last post is there but the original page still shows it is loading. I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

I have that problem on my desktop computer. For some reason, it just keeps loading, but once I go back to the board its up. I don't think its the websites problem, its the computer.
I'm such a non-techie I never know what to blame. It just started about two days ago. Reminded me of that Quick Reply problem several months ago that wouldn't post my message so I'd have to cut and paste into the regular Reply box. I guess I should be happy as long as my reply was posted and not lost. I hate when that happens!

mine was loading really slow like that for awhile when I had my Skype name in my profile on the side...I took out my Skype name and the replies go just fine now. I see you don't have Skype up there...I dunno what else it could be.

Also happens to me and I use Firefox. I find that while it's trying to load in vain if you put your cursor into the address bar and hit enter, the page comes up with your post included.
It's a firefox issue. The same one as before Kat.
Your post is still there...just hit the back button and refresh. It tends to happen only during the quick reply...if you got advanced you do actually get directly to your post.

I've been running firefox the whole time I've been on SC and I've very rarely had this problem. Perhaps its one of the add-ons I use that fixes it?

Another vote for Firefox causing this---same problems here. I've also been having trouble getting more than the SC banner (top of page) to load, but that's happening on the work computer AND at home on my IE laptop. It's like the board part never comes up, just the logo up top---pressing refresh once or twice usually forces it to show up. Weird.

Same problem here and I'm also using Firefox, happens on both my work computer and home computer. I'm guessing it's a Firefox thing, I did make sure it was fully updated too.
