Please keep the families of those 'dead', injured or missing in your thoughts today. 3 explosions on buses and 2 between tube stations either in the tunnels or on the trains have been reported. All bus and train services have been shut down and the roads are closed and gridlocked. The mobile telephone networks have been closed down. There are 20 confirmed 'dead', and I hope there are no more blasts.

it is terrible. my uncle stephen works for BT in and around central London, we haven't heard from him yet and with mobile networks being shut down, it could be a while before we hear from him. Thankfully I'm away from it, living in Wales, but it still concerns me...it's getting a little too close for comfort.
