Default long periods on met?

anyone have problems with AF not ending while on Met?

I start Met on Mar 18. 9 days on the 26th later AF started, making that cycle only 19 days long. It started light, got a little heavier but not *heavy*, and then got light again, and then spotting. I was bleeding for 8 days and then started spotting. Today is day 13 and I'm still spotting. Almost even to a light flow.

Is this common with Met? Is it a sign that Met isn't working for me or possibly calling other problems that indicate I should not take it?
