Hi again,

I joined this group a couple of months ago but then I didn't post for a while. I guess I was having a TTC meltdown and needed a little time. Anyway, I've been following your posts and keeping track of where you're at.
I'm currently on my 2nd to last cycle of clomid, waiting to O. I sure hope this works - if not then I'm off to the RFC. My referral was received end of Feb and they say it's a 3-5 month wait. So I have a while yet. It's true that this waiting is rough.

Trying to stay positive though.

Sheena: Congrats on the BFP! I wish I'd noticed your post yesterday. How exciting.... so is there something you're doing now to help maintain the pregnancy? Progesterone injections or anything?

Absolutly nothing at this point, DH wants to wait until we see the doctor and see if i should go back on the progesterone sups. But i cant get in to the Dr for a week or so, so i am just basically relaxing about it, trying not to think about it (impossible!) I dont have many symptoms, but i figure i am only 8 or 9 dpo. So we will see.

Wow Sheena- 8 or 9 DPO and you got a new BFP? I didn't know even know tests work that tells you how much I know about actually getting pg. So how do you know when you O? Do you use opks? Sticky Dust and Prayers sent.

Mel- My cycles have been only 26 days apart aprox, since i came off the pill, so i HAD to have ovulated early. Concidering when you read about pregnancy at 3.5 wks it says that i would even get a positive until the end of the week, but i did and it was bright and very there, so i have no idea. I am assuming that i o'ed on mar 28-ap1, cause i wrote something in my journal about playing the ovulation game again on April 1st. I mostly pay attention to symptoms, my body does weird things when i ovulate, i get blisters on my fingers, i get cranky, and I get cramps, so i figured about the 1st, so that would have made me about 10dpo. The reason i tested was because these girls on another thread had said "hey whats going on? your on CD 24 what the news?" And i ran to the bathroom and tested and there were 2 lines! I was in shock, it still hasnt hit me yet, just today did my breasts start to get tender, and i was a little naseaus this morning, I have been peeing like a mad woman, and my skin broke out. I have a good feeling about it though, i am refusing to go to the doctor until i am about 6 wks so i can get an u/s right away instead of having to wait, everything is good so far, no cramps, other then little pulling sensations, but after i consulted my gf that just had a baby, she said not to sweat and that its all normal, so i am basically taking it one day at a time.

I just wanted to thank you so much for you post. I know it took me over a week to reply. I was somewhat avoiding the boards. I would log on to chit chat on a few o/t threads about nonsense but was only doing minimal TTC talk.

It is really nice to know that someone else knows how I'm feeling. We've been dealing with the zero count thing since Jan 3rd but were always optimistic that perhaps it was just a blockage or something. Hormones are the worst- there is just nothing they can do.

I wanted to ask you how you felt using a donor. If you'd rather PM me then post it then feel free, or if you don't want to talk about it you can just let me know that too. I know we are ready to go ahead with a donor if we have to but I just want to know what type of feelings and emotions I can expect. How did your DH take it?

BTW- I think your story is magical!

Shejayd, are you having any pregnancy symptoms? I'm sort of having PMS symptoms - nausea/heartburn, mild cramping, and sensitive nipples. I'm hoping it's pregnancy symptoms and not PMS.

sensitive nipples are a pretty good sign because usually with pms you get sore boobs and not so much nipples.

I have a few symptoms, sore nipples, occasionaly nausea, some weird cravings..Thats about it though.

Sheena: love the new pic! Are you having a beta? If so, when?

I'm down in the dumps the last few days... I think its hormones but still, it's soooo hard dealing with MF. Not that I compare it to anything else, honestly I don't- we all have our own problems but when it was just PCOS I could blame me which is easy. When it's MF, I'm so carefuly to be sure NOT to blame him. So you have to grieve the MF and take care of your man. It's hard... not any harder than anyone elses problems but still hard.

Mel-- sometimes you have to do that, its tough! and you need to get it all out. I am sure that something good is comming your way, I get confused sometimes and wonder why me?? Its because god has a plan and we never know what it is, but it usually works out in our favor. I am so sorry that you are feeling down.

I am feeling a little down as well, i am not quite sure what is going on with my body right now, i get these weird "pains" that feel like crazy pressure, and then i get this weird nausea , but not like morning sickness, like dizzy sweaty feeling.. And to boot i have had on and off staining the last few days that scares the poop outta me, so i am just taking it day by day, my gf keeps telling me that its pretty normal (i wouldnt have known about the staining had i not been inspecting) I am also inserting pregesterone, but only one a day from what i had left from August, it seems to be working. I did a beta yesterday and i won't find out until tuesday, but i saw my gp unstead of my RE ( i am ignoring the fertility clinic like the plauge) and he never gives me numbers, which i would rather not know, he knows when my last AF was so he can calculate if the numbers are right or not. BLAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! whatev, thats my worrys for the day. I am still feeling pretty ok about things though, i guess i will wait until tuesday.
