NewToPCOS

I have just recently learned about PCOS and am absolutely sure that I have it. I've had an ultrasound (showing polycystic ovaries) and blood tests done already but have not had any luck finding a doctor to treat me. All the endocrinologists seem to have a 3 to 6 month waiting list and I'm getting really frustrated.

If anybody knows of a doctor in Edmonton, Canada, can you please let me know? All I want is for somebody to acknowledge that I have this and help me to treat it.

I just see my regular GP, here in Leduc. But I hear wonderful thinkgs from a few friends who have been to the womens health unit at the royal Alex. The dr's are good, aparently. See if you can't get a refferal.
