I moved to Cleveland in 2001 and have seen a few doctors. After giving birth to my 3rd and last baby I was desparate to find a doctor who would put me on the right medications and not be conservative about my treatments. I swear I found a team of doctors who are experts with PCOS. Thanks to them I have lost over 40 pounds without really dieting...it's all in the medication!

Anyway. My Primary Care Physician is Dr. Wolovitz and my Endocrinologist is Dr. Faiman. They are both in the University Hospital building in Landerbrook...they share an office. Dr. Wolovitz even holds Sunday appointments...awesome when you have young children! I saw Dr. Wolovitz first because I heard he was very smart. I rotate on a monthly basis...Dr. Wolovitz, Dr. Faiman, DeAnne (dietitian), Dr. Wolovitz, Dr. Faiman, DeAnne.....

DeAnne is a dietitian who works with the doctors and is VERY knowledgable with PCOS and all the meds for PCOS. She is billed trough the doctors; therefore, insurance does pay!

If you have any questions, please email me.

Hi,
I just wanted to add to the conversation. I just visited Dr. Gonzales at Metrohealth medical center. He specializes in PCOS. He was very knowledgeable. He's researching the latest on PCOS. He's very thorough. I'd highly recommend him. Hope this helps!
