Question Looking for Low Carb Cheesecake

I am looking for a low carb cheesecake recipie. I want one that uses cream cheese, etc, not riccotta cheese. I also want it to where you bake it in a spring form pan like you would a regular new york cheesecake. Does anyone have one?

I have a yummy recipe from Kraft that is made with Strawberry Jello and sugar free coolwhip. It's wonderful!! Very filling and super tasty. My mom made it for mother's day, didn't tell me what was in it, I couldn't tell the difference, and it's all Sugar Free!!! Here is the link!!!

LOWEST CARB CHEESECAKE

Recipe By :Brad
Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :1:00
Categories : 0-5G Low Carb

Dessert Cheesecake Baked

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3/4 lb Cream Cheese -- Whipped 350gr
1/2 cup splenda -- or 2 tbsp liquid
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Sour Cream
liquid splenda 1/2 tsp
A good squirt of fresh lemon juice
(OPTIONAL but recommended)

Combine cream cheese eggs liquid splenda and almond extract in large bowl. Beat well. Pour into well greased pan and bake at 350°F-180°C for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes.
Mix vanilla extract sour cream and splenda (don't forget the lemon juice if you like a tart topping) in a small bowl. Spread evenly over cake and bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool at room tempeture at least 1/2 hour then place in fridge overnight.
The entire recipe has about 20 grams of carbs. If you can't find liquid splenda try lowcarbtreats.com. Their prices aren't great but they've got it. (And yes Splenda granular does have carbs... 24 grams per cup according to their website)

This recipe and others like it can be found at : LowCarbEating.com
