Whole wheat crusts are a great place to start. Then make sure that you roll them thin, rather than doing a traditional crust or a thick crust. Double up on the cheese, for more protein, and add all the veggies that you can (leftover grilled veggies are great). Grilled chicken is a great topping, too, and adds even more protein.

I make my pizza's with flatout light. It is a low carb wrap that crisps-up great in the oven on a pizza stone.

This flatout idea is such a great idea!!!
I used to make pizza's all the time before I started trying to get healthy.. then I thought i had to ban them..
But even if you double or triple up a flatout.. to make it thicker.. it's still less carbs than even whole wheat or whatever
GREAT GREAT GREAT idea.. thank you.
