looking for MD in Indiana

I am looking for a MD that cares for patients with PCOS. I am not TTC. I just want a doctor to manage my symptoms of PCOS (high cholesterol, hight blood pressure, etc). My current internal medicine doctor doesn't seem to care that I have PCOS. TIA!
