I recently self diagnosed myself, and finally, the Docs did too, with PCOS.
I am looking for a Naturopathic Doc in Los Angeles who takes Pacific Care or in Kaiser.
I am also looking for a more natural remedy for the hair loss. I've read a lot to know that the testerone needs to come down, as well as the insulin resistance. What I need is some recommendations on these issues. I'm dealing with this with chromium, "natural" progesterone cream, a multi, and clearing candida, oh yeah, and iodine drops. Of course, weight loss, and diet have proven effective in reducing my bad numbers and bringing up my "womanhood".
