I have been looking for a good one too. Last year I went to Comprehensive Gynecology Center. The doctor I saw told me I didn't have PCOS, tried to put me on BC, wouldn't listen to me about being IR, etc. The only good thing was she referred me to a great RE in Annapolis. I will not go back, so now I'm over due for the yearly women checks. Hopefully someone will answer.
BTW I have been officially diagnosed in 1999 and in 2008!
