We are hoping to move to the Franklin area soon and I would like to find a good PCOS dr in one of these locations: Columbia Franklin Brentwood Nashville Any area inbetween Thank you for any information that you can offer.

Diabetes & Hypothyroidism Dx: Nov '07
Metformin ER, 1000 mg: 7/21/07, Increased to 2000 mg 2/8/08
Levothyroxin, 25 mcg: 11/6/07, Increased to 50 mcg 2/8/08, Increased to 75 mcg 9/9/08

I used to see Janet Dittus. She is a gyn but knows about PCO and does prescribe Metformin.
I see Dr. Andrea Hayes for my endocrinologist. She is in Nashville also. She is very knowledgable about PCO.
I saw Dr. Weitzman at Nashville Fertility Center to get preg (triplets). He is very good at listening and trying different things.

I just wanted to update and say that I had an appointment with Dr. Abby Eblen at the Nashville Fertility Clinic today and everything went great. I was really impressed with her and she did refer me to Dr. Andrea Hayes to help with my weight loss issues.
BTW, ggg123, did you lose weight under her medical supervision?
