If any of you are in the Central Ohio area and know of any PCOS support groups where you actually meet up with people, can you fill me in? Really believe one would be helpful for me.

1500mg Metformin, Saw Palmetto, B-complex, cinnamon, Biotin 5000 mcg, Zinc 50mg.
Taking for Allergies/Asthma:
Rytanan, Advair 250/50, Singulair
