Default Looking for RE in Delaware, OH just north of Columbus, OH

Hello everyone. I have heard some negatives about REs in Columbus, OH, so I wanted to see if there were any positive recommendations.

I currently have an OB/GYN at Women's Physicians (don't know if I should use names) and an Endocrinologist at Diabetes and Endocrinology Center of Ohio. I will check with them, but I do not believe that either of them can give me the specific care I am looking for.

My husband and I stopped using birth control in March. I was told to try for 6 months on my own and by December, when my annual appointments are, it will have been 6 months.

I am looking for what is the next step and this is the direction that I have been lead in. Is this right? So I am looking for a RE to make an appointment with. Thanks!

hi there,
I used to be a patient of Missy boyles at women's physicians.
and also a patient of dr anderson (Endo)
and ORM (Dr. williams) until I moved. I hated Ohio Reproductive MED. they were rude and after a year didn't even test my husband.

But there is a new practice up on county line rd. called Reproductive gynecology Inc. They have a website, just google it.. I am a patient there. I go to one of their other offices but I am very happy with them so far. They have been very thorough and their prices are a lot cheaper than ORM.

Hope this helps!
GOOD LUCK!

I actually see Missy Boyles. Did you find her helpful when trying to get pregnant? I have a difficult time getting in to see her, so I see the nurse practitioner. But I know that now I need to see Dr. Boyles and that is much more difficult. I am just not sure if she is going to be able to give me the care I need.

I haven't heard of Reproductive Gynecology Inc., but I have heard that Ohio Reproductive MED is not good. Is it the whole place or just a particular doctor?

I am an ORM patient and I love them. I see Dr. Friedman and he is wonderful. I've seen all of the other doctors too, and they've been good. I've had to call them on the weekends and they return my calls right away, they get my test results back to me promptly, they gave me loaner meds when I was in the middle of the cycle and my insurance ran out, etc. Every person I've met there in the various departments (including finance) has been very nice and organized.

Dr. Friedman has never pushed us toward IVF. He is very sensitive/kind/conservative and honest, and actually wanted at least 3 ovulatory cycles before IVF. We've had two (one was cancelled) and he's willing to do IVF because we do not want anymore IUIs.

I'm surprised they never tested your husband. Mine was tested right away, before we ever began injectibles/IUI.
