Hi Lori - Welcome to KC. I live in Shawnee (a suburb on the Kansas side in Johnson county). My RE Dr. Daniel Stewart, and he is wonderful. Most of all, his staff is wonderful (from behind the desk to nurses to the lab)! I haven't done IVF yet; I'm currently trying IUI w/ Letrozole and dexamethasone.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions about Dr. Stewart or KC in general: carr1e (at) yahoo.com

Does he see new patients that are not TTC? A friend of mine recommended him as well but we are not quite ready for that yet.

I'm not sure how much work he does with those not trying to conceive. When I took a break for a year, he still prescribed my metformin and monthly provera to start AF.

However, I did have a WONDERFUL primary care physician that diagnosed me. Her name is Andrea Arvan, and she is with KC Internal Medicine @ the doctor's building by Research Medical Center: http://www.kcim.com/a_Internal%20Medicine.htm
She's also does acupuncture in the office.

I switched insurance and couldn't see her anymore. I now go to Ann Jones at KU MedWest as my primary care physician (Renner and Midland area): http://referral.kumed.com/PhysicianProfile.asp?drlink='4302'
her bio says she in Geriatric Care but all of the primary care doctors are in the same "pod" in this building. She kind, takes time to talk and very nice.
