I have been trying to find some informative websites on supplement information. Like how Calcium and Magnesium together works, what exactly does taking garlic pills do for me ... etc ...
If anyone has any websites they know that would help me find a supplement concotion that would work for what I need, that would be truly awesome!
Thanks in advance!

This is a great site for herbs and supplements that I use a lot. Otherwise I also google a lot.

From this link, you can click on individual supplements, or do a search: http://pdrhealth.com/drug_info/nmdrugprofiles/nutsupdrugs/index.shtml
You asked about magnesium and calcium. This just one paragraph on their magnesium page:
"Magnesium is intimately interlocked, biologically with calcium. In some reactions, such as the synthesis of nucleic acids and protein, calcium and magnesium are antagonistic. Magnesium is necessary for these processes, while calcium can inhibit them. Magnesium and calcium cooperate, however, in the production of adenosine triphosphate or ATP. Magnesium has been called "nature's physiological calcium channel blocker" since it appears to regulate the intracellular flow of calcium ions."

But I don't get why one would take take Calcium and Mageniusm together if they are antagonistic?
